“Regarding the 5G advanced technology, the 5G network requires a high power consumption, which means it needs more power supply. The WP15 completely fulfils the demand and it is the perfect remote activity companion,” Oukitel said in a press statement.

MediaTek 5G Octa-core

“Don’t have to mention 4K videos on buffering, opening it is just like turning on your TV channel.”

The WP15 certainly isn’t a one trick pony. As well as the epic battery capacity, the phone features a Mediatek Dimensity 700 5G Octa-core chipset, providing super fluency and 5G speed.

“With 2.3GBp/s downloading and 1.2GBp/s uploading capacity, this network is here to kill all the buffering time and make life so much easier for its users. Don’t have to mention 4K videos on buffering, opening it is just like turning on your TV channel, simple click and done,” boasted Oukitel said in a press statement. Indeed, it’s a great chipset and the 8GB RAM will make sure every pre-reading and writing can be done instantly. The 128GB storage is also expandable up to almost 256GB with an additional TF card, too.

48MP camera

On the front of the WP15 is an 8MP AI selfie camera and on the reverse, a rear-embedded 48MP Sony AF main camera. A 2MP Macro Camera and a 0.3 Virtual Camera are also mounted, for lots of shooting options. Additionally, the camera’s beauty mode can be applied on all the cameras.

Armed with a 6.52-inch HD+ IPS display the WP15 offers a nice big, vivid screen for users to review their photos and enjoy media.

Military standard

The WP15 meets both the IP68 and IP69K ratings, which means it is both dustproof and waterproof at the same time. The 5G phone has also passed standard military tests to achieve the MIL-STD-810G certification. This combined with the epic battery and reverse charging mean it’ll likely be very popular in the adventure market.

Fingerprint ID and face unlock are also features of the 5G Andriod 11 5G phone, which is available world-wide and shipping now. The UK price is currently £230.
